ELECTROCHEMICAL BEHAVIOR AND ANALYSIS OF KETAMINE IN PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATIONS BY VOLTAMMETRIC TECHNIQUES
AbstractThe electrochemical behavior of Ketamine is studied by employing D.C. Polorography (DCP), Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Differential Pulse Polarography (DPP) in universal buffers of pH ranging from 2.0-12.0. The kinetic parameters, such as transfer coefficients, diffusion coefficients and heterogeneous forward rate constant values were evaluated by employing these techniques. Differential Pulse Polarography was employed for the estimation of ketamine in selected pharmaceutical formulations
