SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERISATION AND ANTIMICROBIAL EVALUATIONS OF SOME NOVEL 1, 3, 4-THIADIAZOLE DERIVATIVES
AbstractA series of 1, 3, 4-thiadiazole derivatives were synthesized. The structures of these compounds were established by means of IR, 1H-NMR and mass spectrum analysis. All the compounds were evaluated for antibacterial and antifungal activities. Most of the compounds have shown significant antibacterial and antifungal activity when compared with the standard drugs
