The scope for patients suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder today is far brighter than what it was a century ago. A few of these individuals, after great efforts, can read, write and communicate reasonably well while living in their homes rather than support institutions. Nevertheless, a large segment of adults suffering from Autism cannot work full-time to earn their livelihood. To add to the misery, marriage and long-term relationships are out of reach for such patients. Autism Spectrum Disorder is now redefined as a constellation of symptoms manifested by defective social skills, impaired communication, stereotypical behavior and repetitive motor movements observed during early childhood. Although research in the area of childhood disorders has undergone an enormous development over the past 100 years, the etiology, pathogenesis, and biomarkers of Autism are still a matter of speculation. Autism research has witnessed blazing debates in recent years about the missed diagnosis and overlap of similar childhood disorders, which sometimes turned into academic rather than scientific face-offs. The Risk factors responsible for causing...

Background: Cancer is one of the deadly diseases, accounting for nearly 10 million deaths every year. Cancer is one of the leading dreadful conditions which most people. Cancer is may due to genetic change, which interferes with normal growth mechanisms. A mutant cell divides and produces abnormal masses. Cancer cells can break away from the mass (or tumour) and travel via the bloodstream or lymphatic system to different body parts. These cells can settle in other body parts to form secondary cancer or metastasis. Various approaches have been introduced to eradicate cancer. Objective: In this literature, we aim to study the In-silico molecular docking for Thiadiazole derivative with an anti-tumor receptor. Methodology: We have used Argus lab software for molecular docking. Ligand is prepared using Chemsketch software and proteins are prepared using Chimera software. Main Observation: our study shows that the binding value lies between -9.7 to -7, and hydrogen bonds are formed. Conclusion: Our study concludes that the Thiadiazole derivative forms good binding affinity with chosen receptors and...

The most important risk factor for cardiovascular disease is high blood pressure, which accounts for around one-third of those who have it. A majority of those who have hypertension are not on antihypertensive medication. It is not a disease, but it is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Hypertension includes the intricate exchange of natural and pathophysiological factors that influence numerous frameworks, just as hereditary inclination. Investigation of patients with hypertension incorporates exact normalized blood pressure (BP) estimation, evaluating patients’ anticipated danger of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, declaration of target organ harm, location of auxiliary reasons for hypertension, and presence of comorbidities, including cardiovascular disease kidney infection. As a part of many risk factor reduction activities, combination drug therapy is as a well-established option for cardiovascular disease risk reduction. Over the past couple of years, there has been much research done on antihypertensive drugs and there have been many patents that can be beneficial for research purposes. A key element of discovering new drugs, advancing new drugs and assembling...

Triumfetta rhomboidea, often known as diamond burbark or Chinese bur, is a member of the Tiliaceae family. The plant is known as a weed, but a number of medicinal properties have been reported for its different parts. It is a tropical and subtropical shrub that can be found in India, Ceylon, the Malay Peninsula, China, Africa, and America. According to phytochemical analysis, it contains carbohydrate glycosides, phytosterol, steroids, flavonoids, tannin & phenolic compounds, and triterpenoids, which can be associated with various pharmacological properties such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, antitumor, antibacterial, diuretic, anti-diabetic, antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory, antitubercular, anthelmintic and lactogenic properties. This review mainly focuses on the traditional uses of various plant parts, phytochemical constituents and reported pharmacological...

Cancer is defined as a condition where cancerous cells multiply out of control in the body. It severely affects the human population on a global basis. New therapies are constantly needed to prevent and treat this life-threatening disease. Natural-derived compounds are attracting scientific and research interest due to their substantially fewer side effects than the current cancer treatment. Plants produce secondary metabolites with anticancer properties and are being examined for their potential to be used as clinical drugs. Amazingly, antineoplastic activity has been reported even in most commonly found locally dwelling plants like ginger, turmeric, garlic, and Ashwagandha, besides their use in other illnesses by the local community. However, many medicinal plants are yet to be properly unveiled for their potential as anti-cancerous agents. They need extensive research and valuable resources for in-depth studies like identification, isolation, in-situ studies, bioequivalence studies, and in-vitro, ex-vivo, or in-vivo studies. This review summarizes the role of bioactive compounds in cancer, the mechanism by which compounds show anticancer activity, and the list of...
