The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has far-reaching consequences for the global economy. Computers are helping with human input, decision-making, and data provision in medicine more than ever before. AI, algorithms, robotics, and big data are all used in today’s healthcare sector and the medical profession to derive inferences for monitoring large-scale medical trends and detecting and measuring individual risks and chances based on data-driven estimations. Healthcare is a knowledge-intensive industry that relies heavily on data and analytics to advance treatments and procedures. There has been a significant expansion in the types of medical data gathered in recent years. This includes clinical, genetic, behavioural and environmental information. Large volumes of data from various sources are generated daily by healthcare providers, biomedical researchers, and patients. Technology advancements, such as AI, allow for the analysis of human thought processes. The pharmaceutical business saw significant transformation as a result of the application of machine learning, AI, and automation processes. Various types of analysis have contributed to a general decline in death...

Conventionally, drugs are released abruptly or comprehensively. But, in current years, pulsatile drug release systems (PDRS) are ahead raising attention. From PDDS, the drug is liberate quickly after a well defined insulate-time, could be helpful for many medicines or treatments. It can be labeled in single and a couple of-pulse structures. Other structures consist of a drug-enclosed core, enclosed by means of a swelling layer and an outer layer is insoluble, however coating with semipermeable polymer. The lag time earlier to the rupture is specifically controlled via: (i) the penetration and mechanical houses of the coated polymer and (ii) the behaviour of swelling depend on the swelling layer. As is within the residing frame frequently observed that, many fundamental capabilities are regulated with the aid of brief or pulsed launch of bioactive substances at a precise site and time. Therefore, it is miles grave to expand novel drug transport systems to attain pulsed launch of a sure amount of medicine. It is a good way to imitate the dwelling...

Nanotechnology is predicted to change health care essentially. The word nano originates from the Greek word “dwarf”. The idea of nanotechnology was first explained in 1959 by Richard Feynman. Nanotechnology has applications in many fields, including Medicine, Diagnostics, Drug delivery, Tissue engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmeceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Dental materials, the Food industry etc. Nanotechnology is a multidisciplinary science that aims to design structures on a nanometric scale. Nanotechnology in drug delivery has appeared in nanoformulations with unique properties both in vivo and in vitro, particularly in targeted delivery. Nanotechnology has the potential to transform every aspect related to the food industry, food packaging, food storage, processing, pesticide, and food sensors which are some of the aspects of the food industry where prominent research is in progress utilizing the unique physicochemical properties of nanomaterials. Using these nanoparticles in the dietary supplement industry may improve supplement absorption and the bioavailability of drugs, nutraceuticals, and...

Background: Solvents are major part in chemical industry. Solvents have major impact on cost as well as safety and health issues. Many more organic solvents are considered toxic. Thus the concept of green chemistry is introduced which eliminate or reduce the use of hazardous solvents/chemicals from analytical process for the eco-friendly environment and health without any compromise in Analytical performance. Aim: Thus, the green chemistry goals to eliminate the use of hazardous chemicals and to search the non-hazardous solvents. Some of the methods are identified that are eco-friendly which replace the use of harmful organic solvents by use of alternatives such as The EHS method, bio-solvents, solvent less preparation techniques, RP-HPLC and UP-HPLC, Micellar liquid chromatography, Eco-friendly and economic analytical methods using hydrotropic solubilization. Result and Discussion: From the results it is identified that Contamination prevention, whether through green chemistry or other means, will be challenging for the environmental...

Plants and plant-based medicaments are the basis of many of the modern pharmaceuticals we use today for our various diseases. Pterocarpus santalinus Linn (Fabaceae) is a small to the medium-sized deciduous tree is widely distributed in the tropical regions of the world. The plant is mainly used to cure skin ailments, cough, hyper nervous activity and is also used as an anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and hepatoprotective agent. The present study aimed to determine qualitative and quantitative phytochemical and in-vitro antioxidant activities of the leaf of P. santalinus. Qualitative analysis of various phytochemical constituents and quantitative analysis of total phenol and flavonoids were determined by the well-known test protocol available in the literature. Quantitative analysis of phenolic and flavonoids was carried out by Folins Ciocalteau reagent and aluminum chloride methods, respectively. The in-vitro antioxidant activity of hydroalcoholic extract of the leaf was assessed against the DPPH assay method using standard protocols. Phytochemical analysis revealed the presence of flavonoids, diterpenes, phenol, protein, saponins, and tannins. The total phenolic and flavonoid content of...
