Different-different modification of Benz-oxazole moiety gives various numbers of novel compounds which shows various biological activities. Some new derivatives (G7-G10) containing Benzoxazole moiety were prepared by the use of different methods and reagents. O- Phenylenediamine treated with Chloroacetic acid to form 2(chloro methyl) benzimidazole (compound B) and 4- methyl, 2- amino phenol with methyl alcohol and carbon di sulfide to form 2-thio, 5- methyl, benz-oxazole (compound G1). Further Compound B treated with (compound G1) to form [(benz-imidazole)-2-methyl thio]-5-methyl, benzoxazole (compound G2). Finally compound G2 treated with a substituted aldehyde to form benzoxazole derivatives (G7-G10). Compound spectral analysis was done by Infrared spectroscopy (IR), 1H-Nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR) & Liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopy (LCMS). The serial Dilution method (MIC test) was used for anti-bacterial activity, and Alamar blue assay test was used for Anti-tubercular activity. Adrenergic receptors (ADRs) are implemented in important pharmacological responses. The β3adrenergic receptors have been proposed as a suitable drug target for treating diabetes and obesity. However, very little information is available regarding the expression profile of β3 receptors. We have designed primers for studying the β3adrenergic receptors in C57BL/6J mice using various bioinformatics tools in the present study. The primers were designed using three different software, primer 3 Plus, NCBI Primer BLAST, and Primer express, and validated using UCSC in-silico PCR and NCBI -Primer-BLAST. The best primer pair was selected based on primer melting temperature, GC% and primer length. The selected primer pair was custom synthesized. The primer annealing temperature was standardised using gradient PCR. Among the three software used for primer designing, primer express was found to be the best, and the primers designed from primer express were found to have the ideal melting temperature between 58-60°C, 50% of GC content, and 20bp length. Marine environment is an enormous pool of biodiversity resources that cover approximately 70% surface of the earth. Marine microorganisms have unique properties since they have to adapt to extreme marine environmental conditions in deep-sea water. The present study aims to isolate, screen and identify bacterial strains from marine sediment samples that produce an enzyme pectinase with clinical and industrial applications. Marine sediment samples were collected and cultured on zobell marine agar medium. After incubation, five bacterial strains were screened for pectinase activity. Two isolates showed pectinase activity on Yeast Extract Pectin (YEP) medium. Morphological and biochemical characteristics of pectinase-producing organisms were done. Pectinase-producing bacterial strain (PE S7C) was selected based on their pectinase test. The selected strain PES7C was further sequenced for identification. The phylogenetic characterization and 16S rRNA of the strain PE S7C revealed that bacterial cultures belong to Bacillus cereus.
