MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES FOR THEIR THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS
AbstractMagnetic nanoparticles are hugely used in hyperthermia, targeted drug delivery processes, diagnosis, extraction, and cellular imaging of biological molecules, which can be widely used in cancer treatment. The focus of attention is on formation, features, types, made work, coating material, and therapeutic application of magnetic nanoparticles. It also pivots in safety and biocompatibility in magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs). Particles within the size range of nanoscale exhibit magnetic properties and are known as magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs). The major advantage of magnetic nanoparticles is the targeting at the specific site. Various polymerization and coating of metals can be done, such as applying chemotherapeutic drugs to correct inherited diseases. The various process of Magnetic Nanoparticles formation through diagrammatical picture is also discussed in this article. This review discusses the therapeutic application, preparation method, features of magnetic nanoparticles, types, made work, surface coating, biocompatibility, and safety.
