The reporting of medical safety data (especially medical data related to drug effectiveness and patient safety) and the supplying of the health education and general medical culture are very important issues in any society. And as we all live in one world, so, we should deal with these issues as international issues not only as local issues, and there are reasons and problems make that only a few percent of the people around the world who can participate or know about these important issues. The purpose of this research to find the main reasons of these problems, and I used a simple questionnaire to get simple answers contain nominal data to get the static analysis of the data easily, and I developed and designed a new comprehensive international database center and programs for health and medical information and drug safety data reporting that are suitable for everybody in the world with different cultures and...

Microbial enzymes such as amylase, lipase and protease are commercially significant and have widespread applications in many industries like pharmaceutical, leather, detergent, textile and other industries. Many haloalkaliphilic Bacillus species in hyper saline environment produces various types of commercially important enzymes such as lipase. A total of twelve Bacillus strains were isolated from Lonar crater and screened for lipase production on egg yolk agar medium. A Bacillus species (DHT 25) was found to be a prominent lipase producer which was later on identified by various morphological, cultural, biochemical and 16s rRNA sequencing as Bacillus flexus. Alkaline lipase production and activity recorded optimum at pH 9; at temperature 60°C, and enzyme concentration at 7mL and substrate concentration at 3mL. Lipase from this bacterial strain was active at higher temperature and pH and may find potential applications in food, pharmaceutical and detergent...

The present work was undertaken to justify that Vigna radiate (green moong bean) is helpful in reversing signs of memory loss in aged mice. Passive Avoidance Paradigm (PAP) and Elevated Plus Maze (EPM) were employed as exteroceptive behavioural models and ageing- induced amnesia served as interoceptive behavioural model. Moong bean sprouts (2% and 4% w/w MBS) were administered to mice along with diet for 15 consecutive days. Effect on the central cholinergic system was also assessed using whole brain acetyl cholinesterase activity (AChE). Antioxidant activity was measured using whole brain glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. Aged mice exhibited increase in transfer latency (TL) in EPM indicating the impairment of memory. But pre-treatment with MBS significantly (P < 0.01) reduced the TL in aged mice. Further, the step down latency (SDL) of aged mice administered with MBS was increased significantly (p < 0.01) as compared to the control group of aged mice. Green moong bean sprouts also produced remarkable reduction in AChE activity of aged mice. Increase in GSH and decrease...

We studied the feasibility, safety, clinical benefit, efficacy and 30 day outcome in 50 patients receiving tirofiban in patients with failed thrombolysis in acute ST elevation myocardial infarction, and compared with 50 patients for age, gender and infarct location, who did not receive rescue treatment for different reasons. Tirofiban resulted in an overall ST segment elevation, resolution, at 240 minutes in 44 patients (88 %). Incidence of major events during hospitalization was higher in control group. One patient (2 %) died in study group against 4(8%) in control group while 4 patients had refractory angina needing early percutaneous coronary intervention as compared to 13 in control group. None reinfarcted as against 4 in control group. Two patients developed congestive heart failure against 8 in control group. However, minor bleeding events (mainly gum) were significantly higher, 9 against 0 in control group. Coronary angiography revealed residual thrombus only in 4 patients treated with tirofiban compared to 13 in controls and surprisingly the number of stents required were less in study...

In this study, GC-MS analysis shown that ethyl acetate fraction of Allium cepa (EAFAC) (band one) consists of 55 compounds which shown antileishmanial activity. (IC50 73.1 ± 2.1 ug/ml) is the inhibitory concentration which is observed for ethyl acetate fraction of Allium cepa (EAFAC) (band one). Leishmania major is the specie used for this leishmanicidal assay. In this bioassay, Amphotericin B (IC50 = 0.29 ± 0.05 ug/ml) and pentamidine (IC50 = 5.09 ± 0.09 ug/ml) were used as positive control drugs to compare the parasite inhibition with that ethyl acetate fraction of Allium cepa (EAFAC) (band one). This activity was perceived under incubation period 72 hours and incubation temperature 22 °C. Methanol extract of Allium cepa (MEAC), Hexane fraction of Allium cepa (HFAC), Ether fraction of Allium cepa (EFAC), and Diethyl ether fraction of Allium cepa (DEFAC) and butanol fraction of Allium cepa (BFAC) exhibited no antileishmanial activities. In this research paper we represent 30 compounds out of 55 compounds of ethyl acetate fraction of Allium cepa (EAFAC) (band...
