Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the sixth most common human disease that causes about 17.3 million deaths yearly. Advancement in nanomedicine enables the usage of nanomaterials for treating cardiac disorders. Among these, Cerium Oxide (CeO2) nanoparticle is gaining attention due to their irreversible oxidative states (Ce3+ and Ce4+), which provide them with many unique, physiologically important traits like antioxidant property, Anti-inflammatory property, free radicle scavenging potential etc. All these features make CeO2 an excellent agent for treating many cardiac related disorders. We have used the search engines PubMed and Google scholar to identify the relevant papers in last 5 years on this topic. Some old classical articles were also identified, and the review was written based on these relevant papers. Cerium nanoparticles (CeNPs) are being used in the therapy of CVD mainly for reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, and damage caused by free radicals. CeO2 can also protect endothelial cells (ECs) from apoptosis. It can be used as a wound-healing agent during cardiac surgeries. This is because of its potential to...

The review briefs the information mainly about migraine disease. It tells about genes that are responsible for migraine. Alternating Hemiplegia in Childhood, Cortical spreading depression, Monogenic Migraine, Hemicrania Ophthalmoplegia, Hemicrania Alia Definite, Hemicrania, Complicated Migraine, Status Migrinous these are types of migraine, sign and symptoms also included. The history gives all the information of scientists researching the migraine disease. Ketone bodies like D-β-hydroxybutyrate, Acetoacetate, and Acetone treat migraine. Oxidative stress and Deoxyribonucleic acid damage in patients with migraine and different channel information are given. The researcher observed new mammalian TRP channels: Canonical, Vanilloid, Melastatin, Polycystic kidney illness, Mucolipin, and Ankyrin. 31P Spectroscopy is a theory in which the quality of exemplary headache is brought about by vasospasm-initiated cerebral ischemia and the migraine by the expanded cerebral bloodstream from the resulting cerebral acidosis. The important part is a dietary antioxidant, and plant antioxidants are used for migraine...

Diabetes Mellitus is a prevalent global health problem commonly known as diabetes, a metabolic disease resulting in high blood sugar levels. India considered as “Capital of Diabetes” and more than 61 million Indians suffer from diabetes. Plants are incredible natural reservoirs of phytochemicals and vital medicines. Momordica charantia (MC), commonly known as bitter melon, has high phytochemical content and is effective against diabetes mellitus. Momordica charantia is also considered as “vegetable insulin” because it contains alkaloids and peptides which resemble insulin and Charantin, which are responsible for the hypoglycaemic activity. The mechanism of action of bitter melon has been discussed and mentioned. Medicated Momordica charantia chewable lozenges are intended to dissolve or disintegrate slowly in the mouth and release the active constituent slowly because the Lozenges dosage form has good oral retention time in, increases bioavailability, and decreased gastrointestinal irritation. This dosage form can be used for both local and systemic therapy. Our hypothesis revolves around the formulation of Momordica charantia chewable lozenges for treating diabetes mellitus. Various shreds...

Enzyme Alanine racemase is well known for performing a predominating role in mycobacterium cell wall synthesis. D-alanine provided by Alanine racemase serves as a peptidoglycan precursor, utterly vital for maintaining the growth and integrity of the cell wall. The lipid-rich mycobacterium cell wall is prevalent amidst prokaryotes with immense potential of becoming a therapeutic target for new drug discovery. The imperative role of Alanine racemase in mycobacterium cell wall synthesis implies that its inhibition is of uttermost priority in order to deal with various pathogenic infections. Interference with metabolic processes, lack of specificity, and cellular toxicity caused by several known inhibitors prompted renewed efforts by researchers to discover new and improved inhibitors with better therapeutic indexes. This paper provides an overview of the updated status of reported Alanine racemase inhibitors based on shreds of evidence in literature so that more precise inhibitors could be explored, designed, and identified to rationalize the overall drug discovery process, which will be true serendipity for the...

The brain alternates between wakefulness, nonrapid eye movement (NREM) sleep and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep during sleep. Sleepwalking, sleep terrors, sleepwalking and sleep paralysis are common examples of the behavioral manifestations linked with parasomnias or partial arousals from sleep. Sleep Paralysis is a condition in which someone lying supine position, about drop off to sleep or just upon waking from sleep realize that she/ he unfit to speak or walk or cry out, this may lose many seconds or moments, occupationally longer. The sensation of being paralyzed can be accompanied by various vivid and powerful sensory sensations, such as mentation in visual, aural, and tactile modalities and a distinct sense of presence. People always feel that they’ve been hanging by someone or wrong, sometimes, cases report this type of problem. They feel that wrong is following, sitting behind them going to be attacked is the condition they feel, in this. Composition reviewed the causes of sleep palsy and what’s sleep; many sleep diseases are bandied then. This review...
