Naringin is a flavonoid isolated from different citrus fruits like Grapefruit, Orange, Pomelo, Lemon, etc, which are commonly called local fruit. Naringin is found in the white spongy portion of citrus peel. Its content varies from 0.65 mg/gm in the mandarin peel to 14.40mg/gm in the grapefruit peel. Naringin is metabolized to the flavanone naringenin by the enzyme Naringinase present in the liver. It can be analyzed by using various analytical techniques such as HPLC, TLC, UV, HPTLC, mass spectroscopy, Liquid chromatography, chiral chromatography and LC/Mass spectroscopy. Naringin can act as an antioxidant and scavenge free radicals. Naringin mainly focuses on in-vitro and in-vivo animal studies showing its beneficial effects on cardioprotective, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, hypolipemiant, neurological, thermogenic, pulmonary disorders and antidiabetic. Naringin is also treated as a most promising treatment strategy against Covid-19 due to its antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects. Recently, Naringin has proven its activity in various molecular docking studies. Naringin keeps the body healthy against various illnesses and major lifestyle...

Coronavirus is the deadliest disease globally, and no efficient treatment has been established. The prognosis of illnesses caused by virus outbreaks is a severe medical process that demands a large amount of accurate data comprised of many factors to produce an appropriate analysis. We have researched and analyzed the factors that might affect humans and increase the chances of infection with Covid-19. One of them is the breathing symptoms directly affecting the lungs and chest. To analyze the factors, we have used traditional machine learning and deep learning models to classify and predict the chances of a human getting infected with different SARs variants. So, we used a Cyclic Generative Adversarial Networks (CGANs) model, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), to generate, predict and classify the Covid-19 occurrence through chest x-rays and other attributes like Diabetes and Hypertension. These models are deployed to the cloud with appropriate hypermeter tuning to use the result in real time. This paper proposed CGANs and CNNs, which automatically use ADAM, RMSprop and Bayesian optimizers to identify...

Misuse and overuse of antibiotics, multi drug resistance bacterial strains have emerged as silent pandemic. Lately, antibiofilm treatment approach using natural compounds have ascended as an alternate strategy to overcome the issue. In this study, the inhibitory effect of bark and leaf extracts of Acacia ferruginea against a model bacterium, Chromobacterium violaceum was evaluated. Results revealed that A. ferruginea extract has a significant inhibitory effect on virulence determinants (biofilm and violacein productions) with no effect on growth.19 unrelated compounds were identified from GC-MS analysis. In molecular docking studies, six hits were found to have potential interactions with CviR, a quorum sensing regulatory protein. One of the major hits, severin, formed H-bond with Ser155 and Asp 97 with highest Gscore -8.862 when compared to the standard ligand, C6HSL (-7.052). Our data showed that the leaf and bark ethanolic extracts of A. ferruginea will be a promising synergetic remedy against bacterial infections from natural sources by curbing quorum...

Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM), a rare condition affecting women in late pregnancy and early puerperium, has high morbidity and mortality. It is characterized by impaired contractility with a low ejection fraction. Compensation occurs through the enlargement of the left ventricle with increasing end-diastolic and stroke volumes. As the compensation of the dilated ventricle fails, it leads to systolic dysfunction, progressing to congestive cardiac failure. Early recognition and aggressive management of these cases in the perioperative period is crucial to improving outcomes of both mother and child. The major anesthetic concern in managing these patients is to avoid myocardial depression and optimize cardiac output, thus maintaining myocardial perfusion with stable intraoperative hemodynamics. Neuraxial anesthesia in these cases, must be balanced with their hemodynamic effects and the ability of the patients to compensate for the physiological strains. Epidural Volume Extension (EVE) – saline technique offers the rapidity and reliability of spinal anesthesia and the flexibility of epidural anesthesia. We present a case series of five patients posted for emergency cesarean section who...

The present work was executed to evaluate the anti-diabetic potency of a polyherbal preparation. The objective of this study is to induce experimental diabetes mellitus using Streptozocin -nicotinamide in normal Albino wistar rats and study the antidiabetic activity of polyherbal formulation by comparison of changes in body weight and levels of glucose between normal and diabetic rats. Hypoglycemic agents from natural and synthetic sources are available for treatment of diabetes. Indian medicinal plants have been found to be useful to successfully manage diabetes. The effect of alcoholic extract of poly herbal preparation containing leaves of Gymnema sylvestre, fruits of Momordica charantia, rhizomes of Curcuma longa, seeds of Eugenia jambolana and fruits of Embilica officinalis was investigated in normal, glucose load conditions and streptozocin -nicotinamide induced diabetic rats. Significant anti diabetic activity was exhibited by the poly herbal formulation. Treatment with the polyherbal Preparation 200 mg/kg body wt and 400 mg/kg body wt for 10 days in diabetic animals has shown significant decrease in serum glucose levels in comparison to...
