The metal nanoparticles have attention among researchers who wish to use them for development of new generation antimicrobial compounds. Silver nanoparticles are one of the widely used nanoparticles due to their antimicrobial properties. The present work deals with the Eco-friendly green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using leaf extract of Plumbago zeylanica, Characterization and their biological applications. The synthesized silver nanoparticles characterized using techniques such as UV-visible spectrophotometry to determine the presence of silver nanoparticles, a peak at 420nm was obtained and scanning electron microscopy to determine its size and shape, it confirmed the shape of the nanoparticles are spherical. The synthesized AgNPs were tested for antibacterial, antifungal and larvicidal activities. The AgNPs showed significant biological properties. The results of this work suggest that the silver nanoparticles synthesized from the leaf extract of Plumbago zeylanica possess antibacterial activity on both gram-positive (S. aureus) and gram-negative (E. coli) bacterial strains, antifungal activity on Aspergillus niger and Larvicidal activity against Culicidae Larvae. In conclusion, the green synthesized AgNPs proved to be an...

Attempts are made in understanding drug action and its molecular interaction with multiple target in living cell using computational power as a tool leading to the emergence of Network Pharmacology (NP) and Telemedicine (TM). Network Pharmacology (NP) has been appearing as an important tool in underlining the complex relationship between the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics of drug, aids in the discovery of new drug targets and repurpose existing drug molecules. TM is utilization of communication as a tool to disseminate all types of Pathological and Pharmacological aid to the costumer. This new advancement has made it possible to cut down geographical barriers, need for travel, managing and improving disease treatment in remote and urban areas through teleconsultancy, teleradiology, telepathology and teledermatology. Network Pharmacology and Telemedicine not only opens up new therapeutic options but also aims in improving safety, efficacy of drugs along with effective diagnosis and treatment of diseases by creating awareness thus likely to become the core methodology of healthcare delivering in the future. This article highlights the applications...

The current investigation’s goal is to prepare polyherbal cream by using plant extracts of Terminalia chebula, Sapindus trifoliatus, Psoralea corylifolia and carry out high-performance thin layer chromatography fingerprinting to confirm that the corresponding extracts utilized as standards contain the active ingredients. Cream of plant extract prepared by using fusion method and the prepared cream formulation was examined qualitatively in order to determine whether any active phytoconstituents were present and its anti-psoriatic activity. Thus, high-performance thin layer chromatography fingerprinting emerged as crucial instrument for identification, subjective analysis, a phytochemical evaluation of polyherbal cream of Terminalia chebula, Sapindus trifoliatus, Psoralea corylifolia seed extracts. Prepared polyherbal cream characterised by different parameters including irritancy test, wash ability test, phase separation and spreadability. The present study concluded that the High-performance thin layer chromatography studies showed presence of β-sitosterol and psoralen in prepared polyherbal cream. Prepared herbal cream showed the most promising anti-psoriatic effect. Active constituents responsible for treating psoriasis were present in the obtained polyherbal...

Chemotherapy is a familiar treatment technique that uses chemical drugs to kill cancer cells. This technique affects normal healthy tissues because it is unspecific and has toxic side effects. Now a days, nano technology application in chemotherapy have helped to solve uncontrolled problems of drug delivery and other side effects. Nanoparticles (NPs) can provide outstanding advantages over conventional drug delivery by having excellent properties such as controlled mode of action, different methods administration, and the ability to transport organic and inorganic molecules. Special ligands attached to polymeric NPs target the tumour site because of their chemical affinity to the malignant tissues. This article reviews the characterization, fabrication and application of NPs used in cancer chemotherapy. Moreover, different forms of polymeric chemotherapy was explored and analysed to better understand the effects of nano particles on cancer...

Chemotherapy-induced neutropenia (CIN) is a common and sometimes fatal side effect of treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), the most common malignancy in individuals over 40. Antibiotics are used in addition to supportive care as a current treatment. Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) has been tested in clinical studies as a supplementary treatment to reduce febrile neutropenia in children with ALL. Regarding cancer therapy, the grade and timing of CIN may have predictive and prognostic effects. The following factors are linked to CIN: advanced age, low nutritional and functional status, a history of major comorbidities, the disease’s stage, particular chemotherapy regimens, and combination therapies. The management of CIN in ALL is fraught with difficulties, such as the lack of a consensus nomogram for the risk assessment of febrile neutropenia and uncertain genetic risk factors. The advantages of treating FN with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and the best course of antibiotics in an emergency must be clarified. The purpose of the review was to explore the function of G-CSF in the management of CIN in ALL...
