The present work deals with the spherical crystallization process by Spherical agglomeration method applied to Zaltoprofen, a novel NSAID drug. The object of present study was to prepare and characterize the spherical agglomeration of water insoluble non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Zaltoprofen spherical agglomerates prepared with poly ethylene glycol, which is hydrophilic polymer by using simple spherical agglomeration technique for enhancing micromeritic properties and dissolution rate. The prepared zaltoprofen spherical agglomerates were examined in terms of flow properties, particle size analysis, compression and dissolution behavior. Physical characters of the crystals were studied for the morphology of crystals using scanning electron microscope (SEM), identification of polymorphism done by x-ray powder diffraction (XPRD) and for thermo dynamic properties using differential scanning colorimetry (DSC). The prepared agglomerates were improved the micromeritic properties, packability, wettability, solubility and compaction behavior, as well as dissolution behavior in comparison to pure Zaltoprofen...

Pterocarpus santalinoides, family- Fabaceae was claimed to have analgesic properties. The people of Ogidi in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria used it in the management of aches and pains. This study is therefore aimed at determining this claim of the activities of Pterocarpus santalinoides using the leaves which will serve as a criterion to recommend the ethno pharmacological use of the plant. The leaves of Pterocarpus santalinoides family Fabaceae were dried, powdered and extracted by cold maceration with methanol for 48hrs, it was concentrated using rotary evaporator. The analgesic activity was investigated in rats using hot plate method at a temperature of 40oC. Phytochemical evaluation revealed the presence of tannins, flavonoids, terpenoids, steroids, alkaloids, glycosides, saponins and resins. Pterocarpus santalinoides extract (300 mg/kg) induced analgesia in rats (p< 0.05) and this effect was comparable to that of Aspirin (100 mg/kg). Acute toxicity test also revealed that the drug is safe. The claimed benefits of Pterocarpus santalinoides in traditional medical management of aches and pains could...

To investigate the antioxidant property and secondary metabolites of Abutilon indicum Plant at various Habitats were compared with those of relevant callus cultures induced from every explant in in-vitro. The callus cultures were effectively initiated on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 2, 4-D (1 mg/L) pooled with different concentrations (0.1–1.0 mg/L) of kinetin as plant growth regulators. The circulation of Flavonoids and phenolic compounds in the plant extracts were analyzed by using Aluminium (III) Chloride Colorimetric assay with standards. Flavonoids were found in all callus extracts in comparison with in their natural habitat plant parts at various Habitats. In this study, the antioxidant activities of the extracts were evaluated in vitro antioxidant-testing systems. The secondary metabolites of flavonoid and phenolic acid contents of Abutilon indicum were studied at dissimilar habitats and in-vitro callus culture extract. Among these studies hills and wet soil habit plants showed maximum secondary metabolites than the other habitats. The antioxidant potential was studied by dot blot assay. Between these results, we fulfilled that,...

This work has an innovative approach for the development of biological nanorobots with sensors for medicine. The biological nanorobots operate in a virtual environment based on random, thermal and chemical control techniques. The biological nanorobot architecture model has biological nano bioelectronics as the basis for manufacturing integrated system devices with embedded biological nano biosensors and actuators, which facilitates its application for medical target identification and drug delivery. The biological nanorobot interaction with the described workspace shows how these biological nanorobots detect the target area and supply the drug. Therefore, our work addresses the control and the architecture design for developing practical molecular machines. Advances in nanotechnology are enabling manufacturing nanosensors and actuators through nano bioelectronics and biologically inspired devices. Analysis of integrated system modeling is one important aspect for supporting nanotechnology in the fast development towards one of the most challenging new fields of science: molecular machines. The use of 3D simulation can provide interactive tools for addressing nanorobot choices on sensing, hardware architecture design, manufacturing approaches, and control...
